Michael Kelley, QSTI

President & Cofounder

Michael Kelley founded CK in 1994 and had over 6 years of prior experience in air quality engineering. Mr. Kelley’s responsibilities include scheduling and overseeing projects for continuous emissions monitoring audits, electronic data reports (EDR), NOx budget plans, NPDES water discharge tests and permits, and monitoring system audits and repairs. Mr. Kelley has a Bachelor of Science degree in electrical engineering technology from Wentworth Institute of Technology and a Masters in Business Administration from Suffolk University.

Michael is a Qualified Source Testing Individual (QSTI #2008-260) for:
Group #1 – Manual Gas Volume Measurements and Isokinetic Particulate Sampling Methods
Group #2 – Manual Gas Source Sampling Methods
Group #3 – Gaseous Pollutants Instrumental Sampling Methods
