CK PURCHASES AIR MEASUREMENTS BUSINESS FROM ESS GROUP
CK recently purchased the equipment associated with the Air Quality Emission Testing business of ESS Group, Inc. (ESS). The acquisition of a significant equipment inventory enables CK to perform more testing programs concurrently and enhances our equipment rental inventory. As part of the equipment purchase agreement, CK completed numerous existing contracts held by ESS for testing. In the future, ESS will refer their clients that require Air Quality Emissions Testing services to CK.
CK converted our financial and project accounting, billing, and time and expense management software applications to Deltek Vision on July 1, 2007. The small business applications used since the company’s inception were no longer able to provide the timely information necessary to effectively manage a project-based firm of our size.
